April brings with her an impressive 20+ years of experience in office management, as well as a wealth of knowledge from her time in the HVAC, oil and gas, and quality control industries. April is a true asset to our team. She is a veteran of the United States Army.

Chad LaGrone
Chad has has over 17 years of experience in the HVAC/R coil industry and over 20 years in customer service and sales. He has experience in sales, administration, management, finance, purchasing, and design. From his experience, he truly understands the importance of the relationship, in business and in life. Chad graduated from Southern Arkansas University with Bachelor Degrees in Biology and Psychology. He then accumulated graduate hours at Texas A&M University Health Science Center. Chad then began his career as a high-end recruiter in the information technology industry. In 2006, he had the opportunity to return home and build GLA Sales, Inc into the business it is today. With the addition of Re-Coil Solutions, Chad is excited to offer all of his skills to give you the most complete, and enjoyable experience in all of your HVAC/R coil needs.
